- Loss of Federal Funding (FERPA: 20 U.S.C. § 1232g)
- Lawsuits for Damages (CA Civil Code § 1708)
- State Education Penalties (CA Ed. Code § 234.1)
- Job Suspension or Termination (CA Ed. Code § 4492)
- License Revocation (Title 5 CCR $ 80303)
- Criminal Charges (Child Endangerment (CA Penal Code § 2738)
- Public Censure or State Reporting (State Board Policy)
